How to get more money from attack?

I found a hood with many cash in hand. But each time I atk him, I only get 30000 $. Is there any way to get more money from atk?

30.000 is the maximum amount that you can win by attacking.

I think $30K is the max you can get each hit. I hit someone earlier who had loads of money and when I hit him 4 times in a row, all values I got was $30K.
