If you suspect a player in cheating:

1. Screenshot his profile page like this

At level 39, I seem to come across new cheaters every single day, and now I no longer report them.

Why not?

I get no satisfaction from the reports and I know that any anecdotal means by which I determine if someone is a cheater is highly limited compared to someone with full server-side database access who could be running queries to net a much more accurate list of these players.

My level 58 account has been playing since the first week of Nov 2011 or so. Currently $118,836/hr with a level 1 nc already and $42 mil on hand waiting for lvl 2 nc upgrade. I would say since taking over this account from my friend and playing for about 5 months with say above average collection that someone getting to that level in 3 months time would be very difficult but not impossible. Inventory does not have anything alarming. 2634 jobs completed. Fights won 2563 and lost 801. Robberies won 4464 and lost 227. I don't see much if any street decorations except for 2 bus stops....

I thought someone called him out as a cheater? I added him to my mafia before, and his hood looked a little fishy. He had more than 2 Bus Stops and around 10-15 Quarter Pipes.
