Why can't I buy golf on my Droid

I have tried to buy gold numerous times on my droid device and it keeps saying there is an error with google wallet. I have never had an issue buying anything for a game before and was wondering if anyone could help. I have a droid 2 by the way and I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
