Update on "Money Cheaters"

Where are you crime city mark or funzio? I think you owe your users an explanation and update on what is currently being done to stop cheating.

Ran into a "money cheater" today, attacked me. I lost of course and he took some of my well earned explosives with him. What do I do? I report it to funzio and nothing happens. I want some feedback on something truly important, calling you out Crime City Mark. Answer a real question,

What is funzio doing to stop Cheaters?

This fool had 16 Billion in equipment and a $124,723 income per hour. Meaning with perfect collection and no banking it would have taken him 14 years to collect that money.

Someone please reply/comment how to post pics, I always have problems with size and I will post his inventory for proof.

If he made 124K and collected everyone for the last eight monthes its about 718.5 Mill. That if he made that from day one. Giving the remainder minus money from robing and mis. and he bought all the rest from the sales he would have spent $9800 for the rest roughly. that guy needs his head examined. or a big fat cheater!

I find that $100USD in cash is a week of meticulous collection at your current income.

Lets be generous and say around $20M. That would be 761 x $100 purchase = $76,100 or $60,900USD

I find it a wee bit hard to believe anyone would spend over 20k... I could just BARELY comprehend someone spending that much.

I think the glitch was patched. L Fizzle made a vague post in the Announcements section that implied that the glitch was no longer working.

No one buys cash and wastes it on a stupid statue.

I blew up 25 of this guys landmines then I get a message saying my pirate taverns where robbed by him......23 hours ago. 10 minutes later when they come up for collection they pop up already robbed. Not sure if it was just a bug but seems suspect when it is by someone you already know is cheating

I don't think anyone knows if they know ;) But I'll report to them if I zero in on one.

Maybe you dont know if they know, but i do know. There are many ways to cheat and Funzio knows about most if not all of them.

Your new thread while a good start and admirable doesn't come close to covering all the different ways to identify cheaters.

Many have been fixed but people are persistent and they can always figure out new methods.

Just to name a few besides the Cash Hack covered in your thread are The Gold Hack, the RP Hack, the Time Hack and the Building Hack.

The rule to follow is ... "When In Doubt Report Them & Let Funzio Sort It Out".

I'm almost certain just because you have jailboken your iPhone it doesn't necessarily mean you are cheating. Please correct me if I am wrong anyone.

We don't need any more threads about "oh mah gawd, this dude is a cheater". Report and let Funzio handle it.

Just because you do not want to read it about it, doesn't mean others are the same. Being silent in no way benefits others because they are then uninformed of new cheats and its hard to believe Funzio will care if only individuals speak up.

The more people who speak up and continue to make to make it an issue the better. It lets Funzio know that we still want change. Don't forget that the forum community is very small compared to the actual game population. It is more likely that others are still unaware of the various forms of cheating and that they actually can identify and report them to Funzio. I personally first heard of some types of cheaters on this forum and only after that did I run into them in the game and report them; otherwise I would have just gone on.

If we continue to make it an issue maybe Funzio resolves it, or maybe they continue to ignore it. If we are just silent about it, then I do not see why Funzio would really care as much. The fact is in no way should be quite and keep it to ourselves, especially when someone gets screwed over by a cheater (getting robbed, losing explosives or money from being attacked). Let the forum know and maybe we can get some revenge on the individual also.

You know what..... This company got us all to sign up and trapped us without getting us the terms and service. After we spent all the gold, now they break it weekly. Devalued items they charged real currency for, for their personal money making purposes. I would imagine the biz is trying to make money before the complaints and proof come out against the practices. The ship is sinking.... You all should know better. You matter not.

The same thing can be accomplished by sending an email to support. If support got one email for every cheater/glitcher they would have a lot of emails to sift through.

I'm not saying you shouldn't be posting about suspected cheaters, etc. I just think we should try to keep the discussion/rant/complaining in a couple threads. Same thing with the event logs and such. Just keeps things more organized IMHO.
