Jazz - are you using CC-HD? If so, decorations don't show up for some odd reason. You can only see the decorations in your own hood, not others. Switch to the regular CC if you want to see others decorations.

No, I'm on my iTouch so no CCHD. At my level, most people are too poor to even afford any decorations.

Yeh looks awesome - the space invaders one. Better than the Luigi that's out there, IMO. My personal fave hood art is the player who has "F*** U Big Joeee" carved out in his hood, after selling all his income earning buildings in a dummy spit induced by the aforementioned serial robber. What I wanna know is, where is the F*** U Babytway signage? Any takers? LOL.
