why no event?

Do u need iPhone or a certain lvl to be in the events. My brow is over lvl100 and has iPhone I am not so I am just trying to figure out if it is phone or lvl specific.

It is level 10 for the event , need to close app and open app till you get it .
Currently only for ipad iphone , not yet for androids I think .
