Has anyone else noticed a problem using tapjoy after transferring your account to a new device? I can't seem to earn gold. Do I need to do something?

I'm having hell with them too. Their customer service sucks. I sent in a ticket on a group of apps that didn't pay and once a week they just ask me for something else(was for UDID # this week). I've even had to send screen shots of each app running. Still haven't gotten credit.
Change ur device of course... The tapjoy is going on ur old device not the new one

I've registered this device with Tapjoy and about 1 in 5 apps pay. So has to be something else.

Tapjoy broke for me after I cycled my acc some. Their support is dumb and all they came up with (after 4 emails) is "please stick to your main device for completing offers".
But it doesn't work and I fail to explain them that :(
