Well, you just base your the calcs on the fact that you're re-charging at 327 per hour (assuming Goodfella) or 300 without. Just multiply that by the sleep hours, so:

hours = with/without Goddfella
* 6 hours = 1962/1800
* 7 hours = 2289/2100
* 8 hours = 2616/2400
* 9 hours = 2943/2700
* 10 hours = 3270/3000

I currently have 2400 as goodfellas and got the weapon last night. I will most likely increase to 3000 so I have a buffer, I don't like my energy to cap out
