View Full Version : Loading problems with no assistance

I got a message a few weeks ago that says "insufficient data received. Please delete app and reinstall to continue playing". I have done just that numerous times to no avail. It does this with both crime city and HD version and it started happening after the new updates came out on my ipad 1. It worked perfectly before that. I have sent emails to support@funzio and mobile@funzio as well as a pm to Crime City Mark and never got any response from any of them wrt my problem. I really like playing this game but haven't been able to do so for the past few weeks. Can anyone help with a possible solution or atleast someone I can contact that will respond to my emails?

Unfortunately you've already contacted the proper channels. All you can do is wait for a response.
