At what lvl intervals do the prizes change for the events?

I am noticing that at lvl 64, the prizes I'm getting for warheads are drastically different in stats than my friend who is at lvl 16. i.e stats of prize for 7 warheads at lvl 64 is delta trooper 40/29, while stats for lvl 16 is docks marine 25/18....at what levels do they change?

I know at 51 and 81 not 100% on the lower lvl's but event starts at lvl 11 so I'd guess around 31? Not sure

I do know that if you lvl up during the event you still get the lower lvl units as I just did that before getting #9. Got the same unit as I would have if I had been lvl 49...

Different levels see different loot for each item: [1-20] [21-50] [51-80] [81+]
