Sounds like the rep thought you meant units, not allies. Or am I just off base? Also, the horrible grammar makes me think there might have been a language barrier too. And we all know there is always variation in customer service reps. Still, better than speaking to a computer!

Agree with Pace. They may not have a clue what a "grunt" is, especially if they are new or used to handling CC, etc. Refer to it as a non-player ally or something like that and they should get it.
