How do I rename a link?

For example, I see Nicholost post links as "Clicky". How do you do that? Is it possible to do on an iPod?

Use the URL tag but put a name in it. Like {URL="http://www.funzio.com/"}Funzio{/URL}, with the brackets replaced, becomes Funzio (http://www.funzio.com/)
