Art Crate drop rates from missions

Is the drop rate for art crates the same regardless of which missions you do? The reason I'm asking is that I'm still very low level and I'm trying not to level too quickly. Right now, there are no items I really need that I can farm from missions, so if drop rates are the same, I'll probably just do missions that give me 1xp to farm crates.

Any insight on this would be appreciated.
