Need help with transfer between phones

I have recently gotten a new iPhone and I want to transfer my game. I have gone in and tried to create a new account but whenever i try to enter my funzio ID and create a new account it says create account failed please try again. I have tried to enter a ID and use my alliance ID but neither one has worked. I have no ideas on what to do now. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know what to tell you. I don't see why it isn't working. You probably just have to email support and have them transfer it.

I have this issue as well can not transfer via IOS to a different IOS help says invalid ID however how am I logging in here if the id is invalid?

No, you need to create a funzio ID. Your ID for here is not related.

You need to create funzio id for game to transfer between ios device.
and instead necroed old thread, you can post in random quicky question or create new thread
