Equipment used?

Hey, everyone. First post! This is a noob question I'm sure but I've never understood the equipment used stat in rob results. As an example, I just robbed this random dude's LM.

Level: 51
Mafia: 104
Defense: 1367
Equipment used: 100

Me
Level: 51
Mafia: 100
Attack: 2777
Equipment used: 55
#Weapons: 777
#Armor: 534
#Vehicles: 101

I think I've read somewhere, maybe on this forum (not sure of that, though), that this stat doesn't really mean anything. Can anyone clarify?

For each level you are at, you can bring 5 mafia to the fight.
(example: if you are level 10, then you can bring 50 mafia to a fight)

Each mafia you bring to a fight can use up to 5 pieces of equipment from your inventory.
1 gun, 1 melee, 1 armor, 1 vehicle and 1 explosive.
The best equipment is automatically chosen.
So 50 mafia can equip maximum 250 pieces of equipment.

I understand that. At level 51, that's a max of 255 usable mafia members. I'm keeping it at 100 mafia members. With 100+ items in each category, each mafia member is equipped with 5 items regardless of their stats. That's 500 items.... So you see, my question still stands: Why 55 for equipment used? I find that this number fluctuates somewhere between...50-80?

I see your point. Worse case each of your 100 mafia will be able to use 1 armor, 1 vehicle and at least 1 weapon. That's a minimum of 150 pieces of equipment.
I don't see why only 55 is used. (scratches head)
I have 500 mafia and use 2500 pieces of equipment.
Perhaps some smarter forum member can advise.

I'm not smarter, but maybe you should ask Funzio support because your numbers do not add up.
Clearly from your first post, Nudie was right to scratch his head. :)

You should have ALL of your vehicles being used & you have more than 55. So just with that item alone, the numbers are off. Funzio support is awesome so they should help you. Good luck!

The weapons total went down because of explosives consumed. I also just noticed that I have one chain whip in my inventory. You can't buy those until level 55... :confused:

You should be using 100 vehicles, 1 for each mafia.
You can use the CW that you probably got from finishing a goal. Expect some early Exeleros from goals, too. And yes, those can be equipped before that unlock for you.

I am Having this same exact problem!

Vehicles: 320
Mafia Members: 319

and over like 200+ explosives for both defense and offense...

yet every time I go to battle... I bring 29 Equipment with me.

The Chain Whip is a prize for Hardcore Hitman or Thug Life or one of those type goals.
Maybe you have 5 of your best weapon and it is counting that as 1 equipment item used? 20 of the next best also being counted as 1 "equipment" used. That could leave you using 59 unique equipment. I've heard that thrown out as a possible explanation, though I've never been able to make it add up. Anytime I start counting I get a higher number, as well. I would just ignore it. You know what you bring to battle. The number is just wrong. It has been for a year.

Reason why it shows that small amout of equipments is if you got 10 guns it only shows up as 1equipment.

So it only shows how many different weapons you bring in a fight not how many..

Android Players EquipmenT Used IsDerived From Each Type Of Item Used. Eg: 30 Ak47 Count As One Item.
50 Grenades Is OnE Item.

ApplePlayers See A Total Number Of Items Used On Their Results ScreeN. So 30 Ak47 WouldShow As 30 Items
