Help- 2 questions :)

1. I have lvl 104 and I reached the maximum number of mafia members (500). How it's better? To have 1300 mafia members with lvl 1+, or to have 800 mafia mebers with level 50+?
2. What items (arms/armors/cars...) should i buy to increase my atack/defense?
I have 12000 atack and 15000 defense, and I think it isn't so good for lvl 104. :(

1) makes no odds which level your mafia are at.
2) always try and go for the highest value respect items in each category.

1) not exactly sure, but if you are asking what level your mafia members are, it doesn't matter, you equip them with your own items and that's all that matters...above 500 doesn't help at all (although if above 1000 you can then see your mafia in your rivals list)

2) my advice would be to focus on a crawling strategy to earn RP, this means some PvP to complete Thug Life and Hardcore Hitman goals, but mostly looking for high RP/XP robs like Collection Agencies, mid-level Laundromats, Lofts, etc. With this earned RP, I would focus on mainly buying Night Vision Binoculars. These are the best bang for your buck and are considered near-end game items. So, they will help you quickly now, and you will use them for a very long time.

You could also do some farming of weapons, but mid-level items aren't great these days. If you can afford a $5mm buy-in you can farm Urban Warfare Vests (11A, 20D) or Empire Central Bus (15A, 17D) which drop 1.23 & 0.70 per 1000 energy. Otherwise, try not to use your energy on missions as that will cause to level up faster without improving your stats.

Try not to buy in game cash weapons, as you should be putting your money back into your economy so you can open the above farming locations.
