All cash, used gold on the last two and only managed to get to 8. I will say I was off work for a couple of days due to an injury and I was able to open every hour. No I did not get up in the middle of the night I have to try and draw the line somewhere.

Generally, no. Unless you attempt to open a box every hour for six days. And then you might get lucky. Maybe. Doubt it.

24 attempts a day times 6 days = 144 attempts. The chances are too slim to get 10 without gold. Which I think is bs. There should at least be one more day....

I decided to spend ten dollars to finish getting the set of ten since the first few goggles came easy and they seemed guaranteed with the crowbar. After I easily got 6 the boxes started giving me random rewards and I started to get frustrated. Not wanting to have wasted my ten bucks I spent more money. Over the period of the rest of the week it became evident they will not give you the ten box unless you spend 100s of dollars. I spent 70 and opened another countless boxes most of the time receiving only a hundred valor. I really feel cheated and believe this game is scam.

If you are going to use gold, you need to do it at the start following McDoc's method. The longer you delay in using gold to open (i.e., after the first 12 hours of the event), the less likely you will be in receiving goggles for your gold expeditures. If they continue the 10 item events on Android I would suggest only using gold within the first 12-24 hours after the event starts.
