Phone destroyed...

Hey all, my phone was recently destroyed in a crash and I was wondering if there is any way to restore my old MW game to a new phone? Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Create a new account on your new phone then send support a message through the game telling them what happened and give them your old MW ID number. They can restore it.

Thanks for the quick replies. I've searched old posts etc. for my ID number but no such luck. Think they can swing the switch with just a user name?

Possibly, but you would need to narrow it down to which of those is your account.

Have you ever sent in a ticket to support before with your old phone on your old account, or created a Funzio ID?

Actually I did. Sent one in months ago about a glitch on one of the maps.

There you go. They can look up your old ticket with your email and find your ID number.
