Purchased gold with cash

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had the same issue with billing for purchasing gold bars.

I believe the price tag for 240 gold bars is 19.99 but instead I got charged 45.97$ CAD on my credit card.

Has this happened to anyone? I've tried to reach Funzio but no luck thus far.

Sent a ticket in-game from the support section of the app, seems to be the best way to contact Funzio.

I don't think they work weekends (who would wanna!) so if you have already done this just be patient.

Do you really need to PURCHASE Gold? I mean can't you earn free Gold while playing Modern War? I need help with this.

You can't earn free gold from the game. However, you can pick up pieces here and there if you check out the link in "Add Funds" or directly from Tap Joy. I have already had more than 400 gold from both sources over the past 6 weeks or so... Takes a bit of regular checking, three or four times a day, but worth it!

For us Canucks the price is right for 650 gold plus our ever present HST/GST depends where you are, BC or Ont, QC

I live in Ontario but no tax or foreign currency conversion from USD to CAD (or CAD to USD) can justify a 19.99$ purchase being charged 45.97$.

I'm going to give Funzio or Itunes (I still don't know who's at fault) the benefit of the doubt that it was just a mistake but by the end of this week I may just call my credit card company and have them reverse/block that specific payment.

What's was trying to get across was that 240 gold is 19.99 but 650 is 39.99 plus applicable taxes. If you didn't receive the 650 gold and only got 240, then there is a problem and, from my experience, they will eventually get it fixed. Good luck!
