Stick to the guides at the top of the forum - they provide good information on how to grow your economy, to strengthen your ATT/DEF etc. I would recommend building lofts and movie theaters and do thug life for rp.

Just keep improving your stats. You won't hit the big boys until you're in the 140's( I can't remember who it was, I think Joeycool said level 142) then you'll be visible to everyone up to 200.
