No limit to how many you can visit, however there is a limit to how many of them give money. I assume it is 20.

I have a question about this subject as well. I was hoping to get an official response from dev to the max amount of visits that are rewarded, and the time frame they reset (which I assume is every 24 hours). Thanks.

Yes it is 24 hours. When the devs answer please post their response here so I can update my Guide I have provided for you guys accordingly.
