I've been reading a lot of posts about not being about to start a new game, but I found any easy way to do it. I was playing around with a new program called BlueStacks (http://bluestacks.com), which allows you to run Android OS on Windows. Simply install this to your PC and sync with your phone and load Crime City within BlueStacks... once it starts a new game, utilize the Transfer feature within Crime City with the BlueStacks Crime City as the "old device" and your device you want the new game on as the "new device".
