I'm a new player for modern war, currently at lvl 25
I see some add that you could get an extra unitof black shark helicopter by downloading, installing and reach lvl 3 in kingdom age, which i have already did, and now have reach lvl 5, but the only problem is that i didnt get my bonus unit? I have told my friend, and they have tried the same, and they easily get the unit in their inventory
Could someone help me on what to do? I have sent an email to the dels, but havent got replied..
I also try to earn free gold by joining tapjoy, which gotten me withh 8 free gold until now for installing tapjoy and register, but when i logged in, and tried to download few games that tapjoy reccomends, installing, and playing it just to try the games. But after that when i got back to MW, it seems that the gold didnt add up? I have installed 5 games so far with no result?could anyone help me on this matter?
FYI, i have once reset my MW with the help of udid faker, is this the real problem? Or am i just unlucky?

Also some of the apps I make sure I get it so I always complete the first level of the game or the tutorial But for other apps I open and close them and usually my gold is there

I got the add like two days ago, so I think it's still running. Plus they upgraded the helicopter stats too which is pretty cool. I think it's got 2% casualty lift as well! Awesome

I don't believe it! I still don't have the friggin chopper and I have sent tickets, with no response!

Maybe they just don't like me, Funzio also promised me gold some time ago (like 2 months ago) for spending "Hours", seriously, checking over crash files and sending them in because of the crash issues!

They sent me an email stating that for my troubles and effort I'd get some gold, and to date, NOTHING! I'm starting to get a little pi$$t......

The thing is, WP, I see numerous people receiving gold for whatever issues, just got a pm from a buddy, and their issues sometimes seem pretty minor but they EMAILED me to say they were going to give me some gold and as mentioned, nada! And now no chopper.....
There's limits.......

Yap..i also have sent 2 tickets with no response from last saturday...hope that this weekdays they will respond...
Not trying to sound like a beggar or something, just want to have what i deserve, and try to collect unique units...
I've also tried tapjoy gold, but apart from 4 gold you get from registering tapjoy, and a few gold watching trailers, havent got any yet, while have downloaded maybe 10 apps from it....starting to think that this free stuff isnt the one for me....

Nope...nothing at all...just attacked someone and lost 3 eagle fighter jets, 2 submarine, and 1 commando in just about 12 stamina...really need that casualty reduction rate....

I sent a ticket re the bs heli 4 days ago. Funzio support is typically on top of these patches and very responsive. Must be bogged down with KA start up bugs.

Note to Funzio - please get priorities in line and focus on MW, your best offering by far! IMO. I just don't have the same love for gangstas and goblins.

Yeah I think Modern War is way better then the other 2. That being said KA is fun and I do like it, but MW is way more interesting and fun being a war based game as in a modern military game. I don't doubt cc is a bad game.. It's just not for me. I grew up a military mans son so.. Naturally I love anything military based :)

I'm about to send in a ticket as well. I downloaded KA when it came out, but I got to level 3 a couple days later. I'm pretty positive I made the cutoff I would like to know for sure though.

Yep. I've been playing around with KA also. Much Different atmosphere. No one ever sent me an ally request in MW that said, "wilt thou ally, sire?"

And how do we know if we made the cutoff? Because I downloaded KA right when it came out, and got to level 3 a couple days later I think. What's up with that? I'd like to think that I'm getting the copter, but there's no way to know for sure so far.

Just wanted to get this thread back on page 1,

I received a reply to my ticket that we would be getting the article at the end of the promotion, but no time frame for it.

I will post here when I get it, since I have seen about 60% or more on my rival list who have it already, i assume it would be delivered soon.

I will also post if I got it in my Inventory...really sucks seeing the lower stat players than I am, but having a cool BS Chopper in their Inventory...LoL

Well, I'm bored and thought I'd get this back on the first page, just to see if any devs, LFizzle or CCmark might comment.

Now I know that I'm not the only one here who hasen't yet received the BS Heli, but I really am curious to know just how many of us didn't get satisfaction yet?

Even after receiving a reply, after 3 tickets, that it would be placed in my inventory "soon" it has to be invisible, and make absolutely NO difference in my stats, if they have made good on their promise.

I mean, it costs them nothing, nada, zero, so what's the big deal?

Who else is still waiting? I sure see a lot of them out there in the rivals list inventory

Anyway, I've sent a ticket in on my BS chopper, them PM'd Mark who said reply to my original ticket receipt email - got a response back from CJ saying the process to add the chopper was "automatic" and It would happen soon - and that was 8 days ago :(

BTW - I am a wedding DJ - and I charge $1,200 for 4 hours - and usually I get booked for 5 hours for an extra $100 and most of the time I get a $100 tip at the end of the night :). Check my profile for more info.

I got a response as well about the bs heli. Pretty much said they are still sending them out and thanks for your patience. They also answered my other ticket right after. I had a glitch with the event timer that never let me open. timer just reset back to a hour. So I got a free open out of it :)

someone named J replies, and said that he have removed the grunts for me, and not saying anything about BS Heli
I login to my account, and still found the grunts are there, and no BS heli in the inventory...hahaha

after my last email from CJ i mailed him back yesterday. my situation: downloaded and started playing KA befor the popup window came up so i wasnt sure if im qualified to receive that chopper.

after he told me they about to roll em out to all who are qualified i just asked back if im qualified or not. later the day i got the answer that he added it to my inventory.

so finally after a few mails i have the black shark helicopter. if u still wait for it i suggest contact support now answering ur ticket u alrdy have or start a new. better befor the next event starts which might be soon, who knows

@StuN - Thanks for keeping this fresh and on page 1. I was going to ask how log we've been waiting, but after checking my KA profile the answer is 18 days. I haven't sent a ticket on this yet, thinking that the devs are aware of the issue. Someone mentioned receiving it today, earlier. I'll give it a couple more days then start hammering tickets daily, as well.

I just sent my first ticket. The last time I checked my KA comments log, it was 21 days but suddenly all my comments log from the KA profile are gone. I don't know what happened but I'm starting to get worried that maybe they erase my log on purpose so that I cannot prove my case that I really have been playing KA since before the promo started.
Did anything like this happen to anyone? Have you updated your KA app?

EDIT: sorry guys. It turns out the logs hasnt finished loading after my update. All my logs are back. I must have been in an area witha very bad internet connection.
