Gold building question?

Just built my first Rock Cafe last night and was surprised to see that the build time was only 5 minutes. Is this normal for all gold buildings that they have quick build/upgrade times? I figured the build time would be measured in days as compared to similar level ingame cash buildings. Not complaining, just pleasantly surprised.

Ive done the church, RC, PT and GC and they are all 5 minute builds, sweet huh?

Makes them really easy to sync with your other buildings.

The GC has a 5 minutes build time as well.

Hells to the yeah that's sweet. Planning to upgrade later today. For proper syncing, are the upgrades all 5 minutes too?

No the upgrade times seem to be shorter, but not 5 minutes.

The spreadsheet is great for planning builds/upgrades. I try to have some sort of game plan for economy growth. That way when one thing finishes upgrading I know exactly what to start next and when. Really helps with not only syncing building but general efficiency. That way you know how much money you will need, what build/upgrade to do next, whether it more effective to invest in X or Y building/upgrade, and have a good plan of how your hood is going to grow over a hourly timeline. Not for everyone but I like scratching things off of lists.

How come on the spreadsheet it says the lvl 1 rock cafe upgrade is $9M but it says on my CC it's $15M???
or am I just reading the spreadsheet wrong

I am looking at one of the upgrade spreadsheets and I see initial cost is 175 gold and upgrade to level 2 is 9mill upgrade to 3 is 15 mil

Ya so I'm reading it write. I wonder why it says it cost me $15M to get it to lvl 2

Yeah in-game it says 15 mil+ to upgrade to L2.

Funzio changed things perhaps and an update of the spreadsheet is needed.

Naw you guys be crazy :P The equivalent to build level 1 would be $9m, upgrade to level 2 is 15m.
