Is there a way to Backup the Game ?

Hello i want to flash a custom rom and the first time my game save is gone so i want to know is there a way to back up the game ? i have an android device....don´t know if titanium backup manager would work...thx for reply...

It's a cloud service. You need to backup your unique device id if that's even possible on Android devices.
