Dominican Restuarant or not, that is the question

I am level 32 and currently have two basketball courts, a warehouse, electronics store, a couple houses, 2 t shirt stands, an italian restaurant, a clothing store, and a chinese restaurant as well as a few other low level cheap buildings. I have seen some talk on here about people going with the dominican restaurant when they get the cash, i now have the cash and wanted a second opinion on if i should buy it because it will take most of my bank or if i should just buy some cheaper buildings.

I won't go into details, just do it... They rock. You have to upgrade them to really pay off though.

YES!!! YES!!! I would get 4 if I could. Get 2 and level them to at least 5 and you're sitting pretty.

Build MT first, upgrade to L2 before Dominicans...then Loft upgraded to L2 as soon as you can afford it.

Yes definately worth it. They were my first higher payout building, even before the MT. Upgrading my second to level 5 later today. Small footprint too. As Sez sez, I would buy 4 if allowed.

It depends on your available space and your ability to collect 12 hour buildings. If you have plenty of space and 12hr are not a problem go with Murf of Jaywalker's advice. If space is limited or 12 hour collections are tough for you, you can't go wrong with the Dominican.

Interesting - just planning my next upgrade and I have enough to do my 2nd Loft to lvl 2 (the other is already there). I can afford it but won't have much left so I was thinking of budgeting and upgrading my Brownstone. My MT's are both lvl 3

based on this do you think I should just bite the bullet and do the Loft first?

you won't regret it - Dominican is 1 of my favourites - fits nicely and it's an attractive building. I have mine to lvl 3 which is a nice payout

We are all splitting hairs, any way you go, just make sure MT and Lofts are in your near future, these are the 2 top mid-level buildings. But we all have L5+ Dominicans, so welcome to the club.

My Level 1 Dominican Republics are happily settled in my hood and they enjoy my daily mob collection visits. 4x5 Buildings are must-buys for terminal arranging by the way (BTW in mobile/cellular speak)

Your playstyle can make a difference, but I would say go for upgrading Italian Restaurant if you need to save cash.

Dominican Restaurant is a nice Type B building that is a high value upgrade when you can't afford a MT or Loft upgrade. Get both of them to level 5 and get a nice payout every 24h. Also good for decoration purposes, the footprint is really useful!

Any 24h building that pays out 50k+ is a good building in my book!
