edit: if your first lvl 4 upgrade is in process reichert (wasnt level 4 yet 2-3 hours ago :)), your income hasnt been affected yet, and the new income will increase by 128k!

Most likely because it is less boring. Saving up 110m+ especially at lower levels is quite a stretch.

My best NC rob so far was a level 4. Robbed 2 level 10 Lofts, and 2 level 10 Movie Theatres from the same guy. Your heart skips a beat when you happen across a hood lit up like that.

Yes, it's definitely worth it. Night Club upgrades are among the best in the game, value wise. I've got both to lvl 3, and one on it's way to 4.

There is some opportunity cost lost during the time it takes to save for level 3 upgrade when its better served getting two to level 2 asap. Granted it takes longer to build the first night club (144hours) but its always best to construct a new income building as you can also upgrade another simultaneously. If you are banking or getting robbed often then there is even more incentive to build the second nc before lvl 3 upgrade.

I think Santa punished himself more than what the devs would have done. (That is, if he was sincere in that one thread, typed words aren't the same) I believe him though. Interesting, appreciate the thoughts. I've got 78m of the 111m i need for level 3 already saved. I am banking and getting robbed sometimes, not a ton, probably an avg of .5 times per day on the nightclub right now. So you'd advise starting nightclub 2 now and going 1,2,1,2?

My level 8 tortoise account will stay in its shell now with close to zero bracket 'dead zone' alliance. Was going to post hood pics when the second nc was built but decided to stay off rivals target for now. Maybe when I hit half a million/hr income I will come out of my shell.

In your case go for lvl 3 as you have far surpassed the 40 mil needed for lvl 1 nc. Anyone with less than 40 mil I suggest building the second nc.
