I made the mistake of downloading the game and playing it. With the future release of a reward, shouldI delete the game from my phone and wait forthe reward, or will the reward automatically be given to my CC account?!?

ive downloaded the game did not play until i kept getting the popup of the reward gun on my crimecity. i went to lvl 3 and did not get the gun in my inventory, i did put a ticket and the response was still working it out.
