What's going on Funzio?

I just saw a level 119 player with an Office Building. This building doesn't unlock for me until level 135. Has anybody else seen anything weird? Is there a building hack now too?!?

I'm still trying to find him again in my rival list, I'll send it to support, thanks. I was mainly curious if anyone else had seen something similar.

Yeah I had something similar to that before. It was a building unlock that was a few levels away from where the player was.

This was before I joined the forum, so didnt think about reporting it.
