Why do the new crates have a rare item, with common level stats?

There may be an error in the stats of the new "rare" crate unit called the Black Shark Helicopter; it has stats that look like it should be a common item. Is this supposed to be the case?:mad:

Just got word that in an upcoming patch, the stats will change to bring it into align with its rarity.
