Warning to Android users: DONT UPGRADE

Just a warning to the Android users:

DONT upgrade to the last version 1.35, chances are you will become unable to load your own hood like me and some others.

Check the <<Cant load area "own hood" (samsung galaxy s)>> thread in the tecnical forum for more detail and avoid to upgrade your game until a fix or workaround is found.

BTW even upgrading the Android users CANT still partecipate to events so really no point in upgrading.

Have a nice playing day (while you can still see your hood ^^)

That's odd because i upgraded and i can load my hood

I dont see the oddity, not all Android users are using the same device/version/kernel, so the fact that someone can safely upgrade is quite obvious.

The only odd thing I see here is that someone CANT play anymore after the upgrade and this in spite of the QA team's work (if done :p).

Trying to sort things out, my data are:

Version 1.35 Build 42 Data 20120402_0
Samsung Galaxy S II (GT-I9100)
Android 2.3.3
Kernel 2.6.35.7-I9100XWKE2-CL187606

Another user reporting the same issue is using a Samsung Galaxy S, can you post your device data to see if we can figure out a pattern?

Just make sure you read the guides on leveling your character... I wish I had at your level... I made lots of n00bie mistakes... lots of resources available here which is awesome!

By Level 9 you should have 2 Movie Theaters and should be saving for Lofts if not all ready building them. They are great buildings and they unlock due to mafia members not due to Level. Read the guides again.

Add your mafia members to get your MT's unlocked. Once you get them both built you can then drop mafia members if you choose to. I will keep 100 hundred until my lofts are built?

+1 And even then, grace and humility go a long way, especially since you never know when the next gold shark is ready to pounce on you, like what happened to me this morning. Just when I thought I was good to no bank for a while too, lol. I only lost $2660, which is a pittance compared to the $240K I made off some poor guy last night. :) Just when you think you have all the answers, they change the questions...

The only way you will be seen by more people is by increasing your mafia wayy above 500 or even way above your max mob for your level (i.e your level x5)

They can not find you by your code....they can add you to there mafia but you would have to accept

Easy way to build up a que of request for you when are ready to level up and you need the other 5 mafia or to unlock a building.

They cant find you by your code they can only friend you with your code

It works for anyone in your mafia list up to 20 visits a day.
