Is the Modern Loft worth the money and space?

I just unlocked the modern loft on level 98. $3million for $2,500 hourly income. That's 3x the price of the beach nightclub, but less than 50% more of hourly income. For those of you that have it, or a considering it, do you think it's worth the money and space?

I don't think it's worth it. It's personal choice really. If you log on lots then maybe?

That hourly crap is only profitable to you if you can actually collect them.
I do own 2 but not for profit and I'm OCD so I actually get a lot of my collections....

However what collection cycles are you attracted to? Most say 12/48 hr are smartest... I agree.
Obviously NC is a huge exception.

I collect frequently. I have my ipad sitting on my desk at work, so it's not a big deal to take a minute to collect. I'm more concerned about the space - I'm running out and the next upgrade costs $2.5mil.

I just unlocked it too and was disappointed when I saw it was an hourly collection so I passed. If it was of the 12/24/48 variety I would have gotten it. Even if I wanted an hourly collection, I dont think the ROI is very good. IMO it is not worth it at all unless you are farhter into the game and already have a good income and just desire it for decoration.
