I have made a few mistakes as a gold player. Accidental double taps on my screen or not noticing a smudge that cost me a large chunk of gold or just a new gold grunt. And every single time the problem has been corrected, and fairly quickly. The occasional game glitch I come across (like buying a new building wiping out my entire vault) have also been fixed pretty quickly. And sometimes they even throw in a little extra for the trouble. So THANK YOU to the hard working tech team on this game. I have stopped sending in complaints for my own mistakes because they have been so great about correcting their own.
