Given the recent spate of "glitching/hacking" due to a certain player who shall not be named posting how they glitched the system, I thought it might be best to look at how Funzio can act preemptively to clamp down on these glitches before the s*** hits the fan (that's a common phrase, not an obscenity right?).

I believe a good suggestion would be offering rewards (such as a vault of gold) for those who report glitches/hacks to Funzio. Of course, these reports have to be detailed enough for Funzio to be able to re-create them and backtrace the glitch to resolve it. Since Crime City has a good forum already in place with forum members providing good feedback to a dedicated Funzio staff member (L Fizzle), employing this would make work a lot easier and also improve the game.

Thoughts? Other suggestions? Would be great if CC Mark or L Fizzle could comment on this too.

Not gonna happen. That would only provoke a witch hunt, flooding support with many pointless accusations all because someone wants free gold.

Dude probably had lots of issues with Funzio that were either swept under the rug or disregarded. It makes no sense to pay money than do the work of keeping the game balanced whilst we play. They will figure it out. But don't give players any sense of authority. It always goes vigilante. Should always be a wall between players and company when it comes to communication, support and invoking disciplinary actions.

Just report anything suspicious. "End of story". There's no need for a witch hunt but if you stumble across a hood and something smells fishy, report it. It will get looked into and something may or may not happen.
