so this is the thing my brother has a modern war acount on his ipod but he stopped playing few days ago and he has a bunch of money without use, so why can´t he give it or gift it to me. i don´t know you people, but i think that it´s a great idea. that could work between allies or friends.

I understand that he is your brother and would give you his money, but I wouldn't give any of my allies my money, and I don't think anybody else would either. So I don't think that is worth the time because it would virtually be useless.
