does infantry raises yaur attack and defence???

Few minutes ago i was in my base whaen i started adding rangers and scouts units, but my defense and attack is the same as before. So i have this question and i may look like an jackass asking this, but does infantry raise your defence and attack or is it a technical problem i have.

You can only take so many units to battle with you and the game picks your best attack to attack and your best defense to defend.

It looks like you bought low powered units that cant get into your army so wont show an increase in your stats

read this and use the formula to see how many units you take to battle.

alternatively attack someone and when the battle stats come up see how many units you take and also what your lowest unit is, then buy better units to replace these.

Also note if you replace a unit with 1 attack with a unit with 20 attack your stats will go up by 19 as you are replacing not adding.
