To get desert leaders you have to hit the Insurgent Leader on the Insurgent Camp map

Help I'm running out of meat shields - I usually burn through around 100+ a day. Nearly out of tanks and snipers.

Anyone work out a PvP strategy to consistently get loot to drop? Do I check the target's meat inventory? I prefer to farm via PvP than PvE.

My main meatshields are now Flamethrower Soldiers, Bio Warfare Troops and Demolitions.

Thanks JMC - thats what I thought. I'm starting to buy meatshields today instead of bringing the really weak loot (1-2A) along.

I'm just mainly using amp troopers as my meat shields have a bit over 100 I think but at one time around 200. Haven't farmed much lately and didnt really use all of them. But there good for backups and most of all free :)

Mehh.. That's not bad but I thought it was more then that though.. Around 95 I think. But I hit the naval battle all day and have only lvled once this event.

Kitty up to 365 tree snipers here, where are you at with them?

For me have far too many low level units, battle tanks, oil aircraft carriers to be useful. My question is that will they eventually have value when my level (currently 64) hits whale territory?

At this point using flamethrowers as my meat shields and hanging onto my valor points.

Vball I am level 33. I have done about 2700 attacks since I started MW about 3 weeks ago, so I have averaged around 100+ attacks a day. Each attack I lose at least 1 meatshield...

I've started using fighter jets now as shields. This reduces the economics of PvP a little bit but it is still better than PVE loot farming for sure.

OMG, are you attacking or what? Do you get the iron wings, minisubs or predator subs as loot from attacks?

You guys would hate me if I posted all the loot I got in the last week. After the event ends I'll see if the better loot goes away for me like last time and maybe post all the counts I got during this last event. I get tons and I can't even use them. Minisubs are an example. Stats too low for me to use, I had farmed them early on in the game but had since killed them all off down to zero. They were in the better loot list during the last event and this one, I have added 228 minisubs 8/6 from PVP loot only and I don't take any into battle. I have 111 Bomardment Frigates as my lowest and I'm replacing them with better loot like the predator subs.

And yes, I'm taking more losses now than in the past, but it is still better than most people. We will see if that changes again when the event ends and I start to increase allies again. I haven't added any in days or bought any units, but my stats improve by the the loot replacements alone.

I haven't gotten any of those better loots from attacks, are the out again? I've done a few hundred attacks during this event and all i've gotten are the regular tree sniper/border gunship/trafficker gunman/satellite truck/old battleship.

You both mention the predator subs as loot and I was curious to know when and where they showed up.
Was it during the last event, or we're they a loot item from the last event crates?

Tate-they used to be PVP loot. Some of us got a few, some still get them. I don't know how to go about getting them anymore, but I think Maverick still gets them.

Anyway, there were some really cool loots that came out for a few days and then disappeared. I was taking a break from the ridiculous PvP casualties during those awesome loots - wish they were brought back.

Funzio boosted the loots for about 4 or 5 days, then nerfed them again. The point a lot of people make is that at level 80 and above, the lower loots are literally worthless as the will never be brought into battle.

It would be amazingly smart of Funzio to re-engage upper level players in PvP if once you reached level 80, the PvP loot jumped up to items with stats all above 20. Then the PvP casualty losses would be somewhat offset as we lost lower units and replaced them with higher units.

Isn't the point of any game to win?
