game crashing and freezing all the time

I have a wifi-only iPad2.

ipad HD on wifi. Have difficulty connecting to server at times and game crashes while attacking or robbing. Happens once or twice a day.

I just deleted and reinstalled the app a couple days ago. Also updated my iPod to ios 5.1. Been crash free since then. :)

When deleting and reinstalling do you do just that? I have had a lot of issues with crashing and have not received skill points for the last three levels. I sent a ticket about 72 hours ago and haven't heard anything back. I kind of don't want to level if I won't get points, so I am forced to camp. I thought about reinstalling but well I am scared to loose it all lol. I guess this should be in technical but...
