Using the current crates as an example, the average attack and defense breakdown is as follows.

Rare - 156/142
Uncommon - 79/62
Common - 23/27

Since all of these items are guns, melee, armor, and vehicles, not explosives, they will replace some other item in your inventory. Without knowing your inventory, we'll assume you have a pretty good selection of stuff, so the average attack and defense of each item replaced is 15/15. That means that each of these items will contribute 15 less attack and 15 less defense. Yes, that's a pretty lofty assumption, but it works. That gives...

Rare - 141/127
Uncommon - 64/47
Common - 8/12

Multiply that out, and you'd get...
