That happened on my Ipad (before I got the new ipad). On New Ipad and Iphone my app doesn't crash in an entire week. I opened at the same rate after official end as I did before official end...

Funzio seems to have designed these events to allow for people to keep playing them after the timer runs out (so long as that is all they do). To me, continuously playing the game to finish an event sounds like it benefits Funzio.

I got ripped on for talking about it too, but since somebody else did, I'll go ahead and give my 2 cents. I went into overtime all 4 events. Actually my open rate has always been better in overtime, but I don't think I've ever actually gotten a diamond/emerald/pendant. This last time I was able to play for another whole day and a half before it crashed. The overtime period actually has gotten longer with each event. The first time was only a couple hours, second was a little longer, third was about a day and then just now it was like a day and a half before it crashed. And yeah I play on an ipad.

Frankly I hope Funzio figures it out and fixes it somehow. It's too tempting NOT to do it and I hate not being able to use my ipad during the overtime period because you have to keep the app running.

I guess it's cheating, but it's been this way since the start, so I'll probably keep doing it until it gets fixed.

I dont agree. People shall be rewarded with such patience. Imagine without the use of the phone and pad.
Its an extended experience that no one like but perseverence in place. Very few could do it. in fact answering calls resets the game.

Its not even a glitch. Its meant to be so since Its says event ending soon.

I got my 10th diamond with 3 minutes left in the event. That was cutting it very fine! I had given up but gave it one last throw of the.....you guessed it.....Dice lol.
Very happy with it and whoever designs the images deserves a drink on us all, the item images are wonderful. Well done whoever you are!

Leaving the app running all the time used to have other benefits too, but most of those have been fixed in the last couple of updates.

Back in November when I started playing, you could collect all your buildings while offline, and then connect up and bank the money. Shortly after you banked you would get all the "you've been robbed" messages, but all the money stayed in your bank. I had played a week before I realized it was happening...I was confused because people were robbing me, but I wasn't losing money. Now it takes your money and I actually have to get up to collect on time. :(

It is such a moral dilemma when I have 9 diamonds and the event turns into "Ending Soon" whether to keep my iphone on to complete the task. Also, when the drop rate on a strong item is too high I feel like I'm exploiting the system so I only take 1. Get serious Dravak.
