What is that building that unlocks at lvl 117 - it costs 13mil

and after that - what buildings open up?

Credit Agency is at 117 - 75,000 every 8 hrs. Then Hotel- 285,000/day, then Office Building- 775,000/2days. Haven't unlocked but there is a gold building at 165 and Casino at 185 I think.
