wanna to ask, in the store - special - "1 extra mafia member" by 17 gold. Does it mean can use 501 mafia members to fight (if already have 500 normal members)?

no you cant, 500 is the max you can use.

However that would make the game severely imbalanced and thus would have to nerf all mafia members. Lawl.
