It's 10% off the usual upgrade time. I have something that was gonna take 4 hours to upgrade before the dice, now it shows 3 hr 36 mins.

So on the last day of the event they changed the final prize to be %150 better? Seems poorly thought out, but whatever. Make it free upgrade times. Goldbugs win no matter what anyway.
