Is there any chance?

Many of us couldnt attain the 10s needed for the event specials.
Is there any other way funzio could let us attain it in other ways?
Will we have 2nd chance?

More than likely...theres only so many 10th item perks that you can have, given the way this game works. I'm sure there will be repeats and maybe even the possibility of seeing people with, say, 2 emerald burners or diamond sigs!
