They do have a vehicle at lower levels that's 24/30 or something like that. I would much rather have one of those than the Perfect Shot, but I guess those lower levels will have to compete somehow without those shiny M4s.

yeah it took me a while to figure it out as when the event started and people going on about 9 DP, I thought I had a different event running!
