Depends on your other buildings and comparative ROI, mine are still at 2 and will probably stay that way. I got mine quite late though.

Ram did you ever end up buying a crematorium or beachside inn after you sold them earlier on in the game.

Also upgrade the internet unless you want count your chicken before the egg hatch as all you will save is 2h 42m if you are anticipating getting the loaded dice.
