I got a message this morning saying there was a one week bank box event. Went to open my first box and the timer said the event ends in 3d 22h? I last played the game at 2am this morning and there was no message then. Something is wrong and I'm losing out. Can you look into this?

I was surprise at the latest event, the shortest i have seen
the actual timing total is 4 days and 7hrs. Not one week
