If you attack someone until it says "can't fight anymore" How long do you have to wait until you can attack again? BTW, this person who is at least 5k lower in Att vs Def ratio has robbed me for two days straight taking over 200k. So now I'm gonna farm him for Thug Life... for a week straight.

Depends who you ask. Some will say one hour, some will say two. I don't know for sure which it is, but it's probably somewhere around 60-120 minutes.
