New Avatar for Agent Orange

AO didn't ask for this, but with his really cool name, I thought he deserved a really cool avatar that reflected an elite player.

I made up 7 from in game ground units with a new emphasis on Orange!

So AO - I hope you will be honored by my efforts and adopt one of these as your forum Avatar - and of course I'm sure some folks will weigh in on the one they like the best :)

I just named them based on the MW unit I edited to make them just in case someone wanted to go back and see the originals :)

So I like #1 (Ghost Operative) and #7 (Orange Contractor) for being the coolest Badazz looking Black Water Special forces type - or I guess in this case Orange Water Operatives :)

I think #3 (Orange Anti-Terrorist Operative) is pretty Suave

I like #5 (Hell Soldier) and #6 (Bomb technician) just because they look like they fit the Bio-Chemical implications associated with Agent Orange :)

It was fun! Next I'll do some Pink ones for Stricker :) - LoL

They were all kickin around inside my head for a few days every since I was trying to figure out what AO's avatar was supposed to be.

I originally thought of a Nightmare Before Christmas looking guy with a Pumpkin or an Orange for a head but scrapped that for more Game relevant images :)

It was just a change in the saturation of color using Photoshop Cs5. I Googled how to do it and this simple tutorial from a guy with a strong Asian accent showed me the few simple steps to make it happen. He changes the color of a car. It literally took about 4 minutes per Avatar. Changing colors is easy - if I actually had to add words or substitute a Rifle with a Golf Club - that would be a lot more work.

Right click (PC) on the image in the post - "save image as" to a location on your computer - then go into your Notifications INBOX here, click "Edit Avatar" from the items on the left menu, choose the lower option of uploading a file from your computer (vs on the web) and chose the file you just downloaded :)

Guys - this is a really old thread that I just bumped to see if anyone wanted to utilize some of the unused Avatars I made way back in April.

AO has already been using his Avatar since then and so has Overkill & Digitalwalker :)

Too bad Stricker didn't keep the Golf Club one - that was the most customized one I ever made and it came out bada$$ :)

If you want to use one, click (right click) the image to save it to your computer / device & then go into your Forum profile in your INBOX and click Edit Avatar on the far left column :)

Edit: those pics that are missing are ones I have deleted off my imageshack account.

...i used it McDoc!!! ...and yes, it is great!!! ...it's hanging in my avatar wardrobe closet as we speak!!! ...it is beening well taking care of too ...dry cleaned, pressed, harmonically sealed in a vacuum bag ready to be pulled at a moments notice depending upon the occasion!!!

...and i'm not playing golf today!!! ;p
