CC Mark awhile ago created an "AMA CC Mark" thread which was a huge hit and a lot of fun! AMA = Ask Me Anything.

I thought we could create our own AMA thread for anyone to ask anyone questions. Clearly not all questions will be answered but it will be fun!

Let's try and keep the thread CLEAN (questions & answers only)

Posting Guidelines to keep organized(:

ASKING:
1) The Forum Name that is receiving question. (Bold, size 5, and in bright green)
2) "Enter" twice to leave gap (stupid but surprisingly helps the eye when more structured)
3) Question followed.
4) "Enter" twice again to add any additional information about question if needed.

ANSWERING:
5) "Reply with quote" button (duh)
6) Answer whatever you wish, however much you wish.
7) If you read a question and are hesitant to answer, follow Step 5 then simply write "No Answer"

I hope this can and will be very fun, for I myself have plenty of questions to ask many of you!

I did have a ps2, it is buried somewhere. May keep it just for the games "Socom 3 & CA" and "Metal Gear Solid". Love them know matter how bad the graphics are. Now I have an xbox but no ps3. Sorry. I play MW2 & MW3 and Black Ops. (Will get more sometime...)

Doing the Math you can buy 14 jungle stalkers for a total of 56 attack and 70 def. or one super hornet 36/26 but everyone heading to level 90 wants only the super hornets....what counts toward your favor more alliance attack # or the different individual Units?

Bonus question: Does the defense # in the skills area really make a huge difference?

Yeah doing the 'math' the 14 units might have a higher combined number but they will dilute your over all average vs 14 SH's. This falls into the catagory of army density and the denser your force the more powerful so in this case you want quality and not quantity! Otherwise you go up against someone with 2000 powerful units or worse 2000 all gold units vs your piddly stalkers.

Doing the 'math' I might be barely competative with 2000 of those B1 looking things.

As for skill points I have found that I can have as much as a hidden 10,000 pt boost to my defense stats which has surprised many attackers.

AO, I think fish is asking about the "skills" area as when you level up, ie: with the 3 skill points each level. I know from what I've read there seems to be no consensus on this variable, I may be wrong. About both ;-)

Yes, actually. I bought three (MAYBE 4, don't remember) 145g crate packs of the last type of crates. If you look into my inventory. I got one rare, like 3 or 4 uncommon and the rest common.

I am stunned at those results! - LoL

I have been able to attack folks with up to 2000 more def than my attack with my measly 65 skill points on attack.

Likewise, I have fended off attackers with 3000 to 5000 more attack than my defense with my 73 defense skill points.

I'm sure those spread points can be a lot higher - thats just some recent results I have seen.

It is at the top of the reply box. Highlight the name the select the color, size and "B" for bold.

Literally look RIGHT ABOVE your quick reply text box and you will see all the tools used in doing this. The third button in is a "B" that means bold. click it. then, go to the SECOND arrow pointed down (should show a "1" to the left of it). click arrow, then click 5. last step, click the third arrow from the left (has an A to the left of it) click the neon green.

Now, you will see a bunch of brackets with random text in it. just put the cursor right in the VERY CENTER of everything. and type the name. after that. press the down arrow on your keyboard and press enter twice. Now type in your question.

Since you now know how to do this, go practice by editing your previous comments. (since you have it already typed out, just highlight the name and do the three steps)

You can go into "General Settings" and change the type of message editor you have.

Go to the top of this page and click "Forum Actions" then "General Settings". On the page it brings you to, almost at the very bottom you will see three options for the message editor.

You can still buy other units but sea units would be your best bet for the nation boost. And the only buildings with defence are the defensive buildings.
